All manufactured saddles and special orders must be paid in full prior to Wyoming Saddle Co
ordering from the manufacture company.
All custom saddles will require 50% down payment at time of ordering, and all custom tack
also has a 50% down payment and balance due on completion before shipping.
If final payment is not received on custom orders within 20 days after notification of completion,
the saddle or tack will be put out for sale, (unless prior arrangements made) we are very easy
to get along with.
No refunds on special ordered products, or custom saddles and tack.
Manufacturer defects will be sent back to manufacturer for replacement and if manufacturer
does not satisfy or fix the problem, then a full refund will be returned.
